Requirements

Das erwartet dich:

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops - stabil, performant und zukunftsorientiert

  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Incidents auf 3rd-Level-Niveau

  • Mitarbeit in Virtual-Workplace-Projekten sowie Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Proof of Concepts

  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Tasks mittels PowerShell, um manuelle Prozesse zu reduzieren

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Virtual Workplace Plattform

  • Punktuelle Unterstützung im Bereich Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering von Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops auf 3rd-Level-Level (idealerweise Citrix Zertifikate vorhanden)

  • Know-how in Microsoft AVD von Vorteil

  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit PowerShell und Automatisierung

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie kundenorientiertes Denken

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
