Requirements

Das erwartet dich:

  • Als Professional System Engineer stehst du an der Front beim Kunden, wenn es um die Implementierung oder Migration von Modern Workplace geht

  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden im Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Modern Workplace Umgebungen

  • Weiter unterstützt du mit deinem breiten Basiswissen im M365 Cloud Bereich

  • Umsetzen von Modern Workplace-Konzepten inkl. GPO-Strategie

  • Erheben, Dokumentieren und Einführen von neuen Modern Workplace Features

  • Unterstützung bei betrieblichen Problemen im Rahmen des 3rd Level Supports

  • Gelegentlicher Pikettdienst

Das bringst du mit:

  • Praxiserfahrung im Modern Workplace-Bereich in mittelgrossen bis grösseren IT-Umgebungen, idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister

  • Du bist gerne in direktem Kundenkontakt, auch vor Ort und kannst klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation zu technischen Konzepten und Lösungen liefern

  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientierte sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise bringst du auch mit

  • Du bist interessiert am gesamten M365 Kosmos und willst dich darin auch weiterbilden

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Modern Workplace Umfeld insbesondere im Bereich Intune und Apps for Enterprise

  • Grundkenntnisse von SCCM / MECM runden dein Profil ab

  • Du hast gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung und Behebung von technischen Problemen

  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
