IT Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities:

1.Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, helping resolve productivity challenges.

2.Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

3.Serve as the main point of contact for helpdesk requests and provide timely resolutions.

4.Document IT processes and coordinate user training as needed.

5.Manage IT hardware assets, maintain inventory records, and coordinate IT asset audits with related teams.

6.Oversee office networking, including managing firewalls and switches.

7.Maintain virtualization environments and manage virtual machine (VM) allocation.

8.Require the ability to independently maintain Microsoft 365-related, including but not limited to account maintenance, SharePoint maintenance, email management, license assignment, and log-related inquiries.

9.Take on additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager or Office Manager.

Qualifications:

1.Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

2.Knowledge of network infrastructure (e.g., firewall, switches) and virtualization environments.

3.Cloud operation skillset and experience is preferred.

4.Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and network issues.

5.Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD,M365 and managing account operations.

6.Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate training for end-users.

7.Detail-oriented with experience in asset management and documentation.

8.Have a good sense of security operation and change management process.

9. Education: Bachelor and above

Other desired certifications / preferred skills other qualifications:

Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent) or

Microsoft 365 certifications (MD-102, MS-102, or equivalent) or

Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent)
