Job Title: Oracle Fusion Controls and System Analyst

The job
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Controls and System Analyst to support access management, controls compliance, and configuration governance across AVEVA's enterprise platforms, including Oracle Fusion, Tax, EPCM, and other business-critical applications.
The role will be responsible for user access administration, role governance, SOX/PCAOB controls testing, audit evidence management, and oversight of configuration changes within regulated environments.
Working closely with business stakeholders, system owners, auditors, and support teams, you will help ensure that access and configuration activities are secure, compliant, well-documented, and audit ready.
Key responsibilities
Manage user access provisioning, modifications, role assignments, and access removals across Oracle Fusion, Tax, EPCM, and related enterprise systems.
Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and periodic access reviews.
Perform controls testing and maintain audit evidence to support SOX, PCAOB, and internal compliance requirements.
Review and validate access and configuration changes to ensure appropriate approvals, documentation, and governance standards are met.
Maintain accurate audit trails for access and configuration activities to support internal and external audits.
Monitor and support remediation of access-related incidents, audit findings, and control deficiencies.
Coordinate with global business and technical teams to ensure consistent application of access and configuration governance processes.
Perform post-implementation validation of security and configuration changes.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced compliance reporting. Automate periodic activities.
Escalate security, compliance, or governance risks as required.
Essential requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in access and system governance.
Experience in ERP access management, security administration, controls compliance, or system governance.
Understanding of SOX, ITGC controls, and audit processes.
Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance.
Experience preparing audit evidence and supporting compliance reviews.
Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.
Desired skills
Familiarity with GRC and access governance tools.
Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
Understanding of automation technologies such as Power Automate, Power BI, or workflow automation solutions.
Knowledge of configuration governance and change management processes across multiple environments.

Hybrid working
