Job Title: R&D Member of Technical Staff - II

The job

• Work closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and Scrum Team to understand, define, design, and implement software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimation, backlog refinement, daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to troubleshoot customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and drive them to timely resolution.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code that is fully reviewed, unit tested, documented, and delivered in accordance with agreed quality standards.
• Analyze, design, implement, and validate security requirements in alignment with industry-standard cybersecurity practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, development processes, and overall product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality cloud-based solutions using modern technologies and engineering practices.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, Scrum teams, and Customer Support to deliver features, resolve customer issues, and continuously improve product quality.

Essential requirements

• Strong software design and development skills with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages, including C#.

• Strong experience in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core and cloud-based application development.

• Good understanding and hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly Angular.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design and development.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud service architecture.

• Experience in developing comprehensive unit test cases and applying test-driven quality practices.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in software design.

• Good understanding of software design principles and design patterns.

• Strong awareness of cybersecurity principles and their importance throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• 2 - 5 years of experience.

Desired skills and competencies

• Experience with Azure PowerShell and/or Azure CLI.

• Knowledge or experience with AWS cloud services.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, particularly Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of Docker and containerization.

• Knowledge of UML and software modelling techniques.

• Knowledge or practical experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-enabled software development.

Hybrid working
