Are you an A&P Mechanic ready for a new chapter in your aviation career?

The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM)-the largest aviation maintenance training school in the U.S.-is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), Aircraft Mechanics, and FAA-certified A&P Mechanics to join our team as instructors.

If you have hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and enjoy mentoring others, this is your opportunity to step out of the hangar and into a role where you can shape the next generation of aviation professionals.

  • Enjoy more predictable schedules compared to field work
  • Make a lasting impact on students entering the aviation industry
  • Continue growing your own knowledge while developing others
