The position is accountable for workstream scope, schedule, cost, risk, and operational readiness while partnering closely with project, quality, engineering, procurement, and operating teams. • Lead operational readiness activities, including procedures, systems, training, staffing inputs, and transition planning.
  • Partner with Quality and project stakeholders to ensure GxP and business requirements are incorporated into execution and handover.
  • Maintain workstream governance, decision records, risk documentation, and concise stakeholder reporting.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and stabilization activities through successful transition to the operating organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, manufacturing operations, or project delivery in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives or workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of regulated manufacturing, material control, operational readiness, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting capital projects, facility expansions, or operational startup.
  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a CDMO environment.
  • Project or program management certification.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • You have exceptional multitasking skills and an unparalleled attention to detail that ensure the smooth running of everything.
  • You are a master at building relationships, capable of establishing connections with anyone, be it team members, clients, vendors, or suppliers.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

In this dynamic role, expect a blend of regular activities like sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional physically engaging tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds. The work environment might expose you to electrical shocks, toxic chemicals, vibrations, or loud noise levels occasionally.
