  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Designers, and Technology Leads to align priorities, resolve impediments, and drive successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor initiative health and proactively identify issues that may impact delivery commitments.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve delivery effectiveness.

Governance & Planning

  • Strengthen upfront discovery and planning activities to ensure requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery approaches are understood before commitments are made.
  • Enhance governance processes so that scope, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, risks, and changes are documented, understood, and actively managed throughout delivery.
  • Facilitate governance forums and support effective decision-making to enable successful delivery outcomes.
  • Provide clear and concise executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, decisions, and key milestones.

Stakeholder Management & Alignment

  • Collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria.

  • Identify, assess, manage, and report on delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Drive mitigation plans and facilitate timely decision-making to minimize delivery impacts.
  • Increase accountability throughout execution, ensuring delivery commitments are achieved unless a material and governed change is approved.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, predictability, and delivery excellence.
