About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to take end-to-end ownership of software solutions, from analysis and design through construction, testing and implementation. You will lead the design, development and support of IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies, work directly with customers to understand business and technical needs, and drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation of business and technical solutions using the appropriate SDLC methodology

- Lead the design, development, implementation and support of solutions spanning multiple platforms and technologies

- Take part in solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversions

- Interact with customers to understand the business environment and technical context

- Define and validate project scope, plans, deliverables and implementation dates

- Analyze and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate tools

- Research, recommend and implement new technologies, processes, tools and techniques

Required Skills :

- Core Java with strong hands-on development experience

- Spring Boot, Hibernate and JPA

- Apache Kafka

- Building RESTful APIs

- Google Cloud Platform (Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, GKE, BigQuery)

- Microservices architecture design and deployment

- Relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies

- Git with GitHub or GitLab

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- 6 - 8 years of software development experience

- B.Tech or MCA

Good to Have :

- Experience with cross-discipline and legacy evolution projects

- Proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies quickly
