Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

YOUR PROFILE:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.
Experience in Power Electronics Hardware Design.
Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
Experience with digital and analog circuits.
Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES;

Design next generation automotive Inverters and DC-DC converters including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance and worst-case analysis.
Design gate drivers for SiC/Si MOSFETs and IGBTs.
Design switch mode power supplies (Flyback, Buck, Boost, SEPIC).
Prepare and review design documentation for product release including specifications, schematics and bill of materials.
Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying and performing circuit design validation tests and component sourcing activities.
Support project and quality management activities.
Validation of electronic components.
