Your Responsibilities
- Proactively work with Account Managers in developing new opportunities in order to increase sales and grow market share
- Provide a quick, efficient response to all enquiries
- Process all post, email, telephone responses, negotiate and close business
- Investigate and resolve customer problems
- Manage and review customer forecasts and logistics
- Contact suppliers and Abacus Asset department for quotes and prices
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency (oral and written) in English and Slovenian is mandatory
- Experience from internal sales, ideally from sales of electronic components
- Personable and driven
- Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel; SAP knowledge would be an advantageous, however full training will be given
- Ability to quickly learn new practices and systems
- Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Be result-oriented and service minded
