Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site/Remote)

About the Role

• The ideal candidate should be comfortable capturing everyday moments, business activities, events and behind-the-scenes content, turning them into engaging photos, videos, reels and stories that tell a consistent brand story.
• We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can create engaging lifestyle and business content for a founder who runs multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a simple content calendar while remaining flexible to capture spontaneous activities.
• Create daily content across the client's businesses and personal brand, including photos, short videos, reels, stories and captions.
• Manage and organise content files across the different businesses.
• Capture day-to-day moments, events, meetings, launches and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Monitor content performance and make adjustments based on what works.
• Edit content promptly and ensure timely posting with engaging, natural captions.
• Balance lifestyle and business content while maintaining the unique identity and tone of each business.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to switch between different businesses and content styles.
• Strong creativity and a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Good writing skills for captions and scripts.
• Good short-form video skills, including shooting, editing and pacing.
• Proven experience creating content for a personal brand or business. A portfolio or sample pages is required.
• Reliable, self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable attending events, interacting with people and capturing moments as they happen.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience managing or creating content for a founder's or executive's personal brand.

Additional Information:

• Occasional weekend availability may be required when the client has events requiring content coverage. Weekend work is not part of the regular weekly schedule.

Work Arrangement:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend Work: Occasional, depending on the client's event schedule
• On-site Days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Salary
N120,000 per month.
