ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an Account Director to drive business growth across the Western region, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and strategic enterprise sales. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and taking complex deals from initial engagement to closure.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales hunter with experience selling video analytics, VMS, AI, computer vision, or related technology solutions to large enterprises.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across the West region.
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Build relationships with CXOs, business leaders, technology teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Own the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Develop account strategies to penetrate and expand within strategic customers.
- Understand customer requirements and work with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to build relevant solutions.
- Build and leverage relationships across relevant technology and partner ecosystems.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasts, and account plans.
- Travel across the region for customer meetings and business development.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8-14 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong experience selling complex technology solutions with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Strong CXO-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, commercial acumen, and a strong bias towards execution.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Western region.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience selling Video Analytics, VMS, AI, Computer Vision, Physical Security, or Surveillance solutions.
- Experience selling technology solutions to large enterprises and strategic accounts.
- Exposure to System Integrators, OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience managing high-value, consultative sales cycles with long-term account potential.
