What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing and documenting existing applications, workflows, and end-to-end business processes.
- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements, with a focus on automation and process optimization.
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Collaborating to redesign processes and improve system performance.
- Producing comprehensive documentation such as specifications, manuals, and release notes.
- Supporting project delivery by assisting in scope definition, validation, and ensuring business readiness.
- Facilitating training, knowledge sharing, and managing release processes.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience in process optimization.
- Skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for challenging and improving existing workflows.
- Experience or interest in automation and digital solutions is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages like French or Flemish/Dutch are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused with attention to detail.
