Vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement de Data Products, de l'optimisation des environnements de travail, de la formation des équipes métier et de l'accompagnement des développeurs juniors. Vous devez avoir une expérience significative en tant que Data Engineer et en développement Big Data, ainsi que des connaissances avancées en SPARK et idéalement PySpark.

Missions

Concevoir et développer des Data Products robustes et évolutifs pour faciliter la migration vers le Datalake.
Optimiser et piloter les environnements de travail (datalabs) des équipes métiers, en termes de performances ou de stockage de données.
Former et conseiller les équipes métier (data analysts, data scientists) sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion de données.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure informatique ou scientifique (Master ou diplôme d'ingénieur), vous justifiez d'une ou plusieurs expériences significatives en tant que Data Engineer et développement Big Data en environnements complexes.

Compétences techniques

Connaissances avancées en développement en SPARK et idéalement PySpark (Spark en Python)
Une expérience sur un cloud provider public tel que Azure (idéalement), AWS, ou GCP
Des Connaissances sur Databricks, Azure DevOps, GIT, JIRA

Compétences transverses

Capacités à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec des directions transverses ;
Capacités à vulgariser des sujets techniques ;
Sens de l'innovation et esprit d'initiative ;
Capacités à former et accompagner les équipes.
