We are growing and looking for a Software Tester who combines strong manual and exploratory testing skills with practical experience in test automation. We are looking for someone who can look at an application from the user's perspective, cares about product quality and actively supports the team in delivering reliable software.

We value people who take initiative, communicate risks and recommendations clearly, and work effectively with the wider project team. An important part of this role will also be the practical use of AI-powered tools to improve the testing process and make everyday work more efficient.

What will you be doing?

• Preparing, executing and maintaining test scenarios and test cases.

• Performing manual and exploratory testing of web applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL).

• Designing, implementing and maintaining automated UI and API tests using Playwright with TypeScript and/or Python, as well as Postman/Bruno or SoapUI.

• Planning, executing and analysing performance tests using k6.

• Analysing test results, reporting defects and working closely with developers to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Supporting the maintenance and development of test environments based on Docker and Kubernetes.

• Working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes based on Argo CD.

• Identifying areas where automation can bring real value and proposing improvements to the QA process.

• Using AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency and support everyday QA activities.

• Communicating quality risks clearly and recommending actions that can improve product quality.

What we're looking for?

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.

• Practical experience in manual and exploratory testing.

• Hands-on experience with UI and API test automation using TypeScript and/or Python.

• Very good knowledge of Playwright and Postman/Bruno or SoapUI.

• Experience designing and executing performance tests with k6.

• Good knowledge of REST API and GraphQL.

• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, particularly in the context of running and supporting test environments.

• Knowledge of Argo CD, or willingness to quickly learn the tool.

• Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve the testing process and everyday work efficiency.

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

• A proactive approach and initiative in identifying risks and proposing improvements.

• Very good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Accuracy, responsibility and a strong focus on software quality.

• Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

• Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously develop your skills.

• English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in application and API security testing.

• Knowledge of tools used for security testing.

• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
