Experiência anterior na função.
Pacote Office intermediário.
Conhecimento prévio do sistema SAP.
ATIVIDADES:
Realizar controle e acompanhamento de estoque, garantindo acuracidade e organização dos dados;
Emitir notas fiscais e realizar processos de faturamento conforme as normas fiscais vigentes;
Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas do setor, incluindo elaboração de relatórios e controle de documentos;
Utilizar o sistema SAP para lançamentos, consultas e atualizações de dados;
Criar e atualizar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais no Power BI;
Apoiar outras áreas com informações e análises administrativas conforme demanda. Posição para início imediato.
