We are currently looking for aManufacturing Area Engineer to join us at our facility in Front Royal, VA.

An engineer must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
This career requires analytical and mathematical skills, and a firm understanding of the main principles of engineering and construction.
A Site Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Work with site engineering & maintenance resources to develop scope and objectives.
- Follow process and identify phases and design requirements.
- Develop estimates including equipment, construction and commissioning cost.
- Perform financial analysis.
- Provide leadership through the approval process.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Process & Electrical design with in-house and contracted resources.
- Assist with providing daily construction management support.
- Maintains project design and commissioning documentation.
- Continuous Improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering degree preferred or 5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
- Industrial plant experience in chemical processing preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
- Good interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills with the ability to influence managers, peers, and maintenance team.
- Ability to utilize other software tools as appropriate SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)

The expected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually.
