REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

• Escolaridad: Primaria terminada (certificado indispensable)

• Experiencia: No se requiere experiencia previa - la capacitación es proporcionada por la empresa

• Conocimientos técnicos: Operación de maquinaria, metrología y uso de equipos de medición. Manejo de Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) y conocimientos básicos de seguridad industrial

• Idioma: No se requiere para la posición

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Operación de equipos y calidad: Operar la maquinaria de producción conforme a los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo establecidos, verificando que el producto cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad y utilizando equipos de medición cuando se requiera.

• Seguridad y orden: Cumplir con las políticas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, utilizar correctamente el EPP y mantener el área de trabajo segura, limpia y ordenada en todo momento.

• Productividad y continuidad del proceso: Cumplir con los objetivos de producción, calidad y seguridad, participando en las actividades operativas asignadas para asegurar la continuidad del proceso.

• Trabajo en equipo y mejora continua: Colaborar activamente con el equipo de trabajo, mantener una actitud responsable y orientada al aprendizaje continuo para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
