Technical Service Representative
- Field technical support to customers for paint application and field technical service
- Technical support to customers for painting problem solving and painting demonstration
- Field test for new product launching and new system
- Leading key product project with each technical service reps.
- Set up a sales and marketing strategy of each jobber with sales team
- Leading key product projects for improving sales growth
- Existing account management with sales team
- Provide call reports and updates on the technical situation at the customer to the line manager including current issues, customer needs and competitive threats
