Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d) - Central Europe

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d) - Central Europe to join our team in our General Industrial Business Unit. This is a fully remote position, which can be situated anywhere in Central Europe (FR, BE, NL, D, PL, AT)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support to customers
- Manage line trials to develop new business
- Partner with Area Sales Managers on solution-based selling
- Conduct plant/process audits and deliver improvement reports
- Manage technically driven accounts to grow business and retain customers
- Investigate and resolve quality issues
- Handle technical aspects of quality claims
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Deliver technical training programs (theoretical & practical)
- Liaise with suppliers and partners
- Contribute to the EMEA technical team
- Conduct Approved Applicator audits
- Manage the lab

Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong coatings or chemical background
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in powder coatings
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluent English is required; Dutch, French or German is a plus
- Strong written and presentation skills
