Light Vehicle Driver

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer, family members, guests, and authorized personnel to designated locations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to daily schedules.
• Plan the most efficient routes while considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, tires, engine oil, coolant, brakes, lights, and battery.
• Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, vehicle registration renewals, and insurance requirements.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
• Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
• Assist with household errands such as grocery shopping, courier deliveries, banking, document collection, and other assigned tasks.
• Load and unload luggage, shopping bags, and other items when required.
• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the employer or Household Manager.
