岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责BSP的开发和维护，编写ARM平台各类外设的驱动程序，配合硬件团队完成新平台的评估和调试。

2. 负责BSP性能优化，深入内核进行性能分析与优化，解决系统延迟与抖动，提升系统运行效率和稳定性，降低功耗。

3. 负责机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2）与底层Linux系统的深度集成; 协同算法团队完成感知、规划、控制模块的部署、容器化封装及资源隔离，确保多模块间的高效通信与实时性。

4. 负责对接各个业务和算法模块，进行程序编译、优化和部署。

5. 负责机器人系统全链路集成（含算法模块、应用软件和系统组件等），docker环境部署等。

6. 负责各种编译工具链的配置，自动化编译脚本的开发。

7. 编写相关设计文档、调测文档、使用说明文档等。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、通信或自动化等相关专业。

2. 熟悉C/C++程序设计和常用的开发工具（GCC/GDB/Makefile/Git等），具备良好的编程习惯。

3. 熟悉各类SOC，熟悉模块加载、设备树等相关知识。

4. 熟悉ARM/Linux嵌入式开发和Docker开发。

5. 熟悉交叉编译工具链的使用，交叉编译环境的搭建和部署。

6. 熟悉嵌入式Linux构建框架（Buildroot/Yocto/Openwrt等）。

7. 熟悉和Linux操作系统（驱动、内核裁剪、文件系统定制、第三方库移植）。

8. 责任心强，有较强的团队协作能力和学习能力，较好的沟通表达能力。
