Role Overview:
As a Generative AI Solution Architect based in Bangalore, you will serve as the technical bridge between cutting-edge AI research and scalable enterprise deployment. You will lead the design and implementation of complex AI ecosystems, working closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and C-suite stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-impact AI solutions. Your day-to-day involves architecting robust pipelines for LLMs, designing agentic workflows, and ensuring that our AI deployments are not only innovative but also secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business objectives. By spearheading the adoption of advanced generative models, you will directly influence how our organization leverages data to drive automation, enhance customer experiences, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions by integrating LLMs with proprietary data sources to solve complex business problems for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and deploy sophisticated Agentic AI frameworks that automate multi-step reasoning tasks, significantly reducing manual intervention in core business processes.
- Engineer high-performance RAG pipelines and semantic search architectures to ensure information retrieval is accurate, context-aware, and latency-optimized.
- Integrate Knowledge Graphs with vector databases to provide structured, explainable, and grounded AI responses that meet enterprise-grade reliability standards.
- Establish comprehensive AI governance and security frameworks to manage model risk, data privacy, and ethical compliance across all production environments.
- Lead the optimization of prompt engineering strategies and model fine-tuning processes to maximize output quality and cost-efficiency for large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to design resilient, cost-effective cloud architectures that support the high computational demands of generative models.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling Generative AI and LLM-based applications, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions over 9 - 12 years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in building RAG architectures, managing vector databases, and implementing semantic search, with a deep understanding of how to ground AI models in factual, domain-specific data.
- Strong technical command over cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the ability to design distributed systems that handle high-throughput AI workloads.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering teams and business leadership.
- Expertise in AI governance, including model monitoring, bias mitigation, and security protocols, ensuring all AI implementations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, collaborating effectively across global time zones.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and system design.
