Your future team
You'lljoin the Northern Europe marketing team, working across the full marketing mix,from campaigns and content to events and partner activity. It'sa team that shares openly, learns from each otherand steps in where it'sneeded rather than working in silos.
Marketing and sales sit side by side here, and you'llbe an important bridge be
tween them. You'llalso work closely with our colleagues at HQ and in EMEA marketing, so you'renever short of people to bounce ideas around with.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing - Region, you'lltake ownership of your own area while contributing to what the whole team is trying to achieve.
What you'lldo here as Channel Marketing Specialist
This is a genuine generalist role. One day you might be writing copyor building a presentation, the next you'replanning an event or shaping the digital approach for a partner campaign. What ties it together is a commercial mindset, always starting with whywe'redoing something and what it should deliver for the business.
Build and own the channel marketing plan for your part of the UK & Ireland market, working with the marketing manager, the wider teamand sales to shape yearly, quarterlyand monthly plans
Manage your budget and make recommendations on how it'sbest invested to get the most out of every activity
Develop strong relationships with our distribution and channel partners - listening to what they'retrying to achieve and advising on how marketing can support it
Create and adapt marketing collateral, write copy, and deliver corporate and EMEA campaigns at a local level
Manage third-party agencies and contributors, and liaise with HQ marketing to keep everything consistent and on brand
Follow up on activity, evaluate resultsand use what you learn to sharpen what comes next

You'reconfident enough to hold your own in a room of stakeholders and lead the conversation,and self-aware enough to know what you don'tknow. We'relooking for someone honest, humbleand prestige-less, who'sgenuinely open to learning and comfortable asking questions.
You'reproactive and enjoy solving problems without being closely managed. You take ownership of your own responsibilities, but you also look up and support the team. You bring curiosity about where marketing is heading, an eye for innovation, and a good understanding of the digital landscape,including how to work with a digital team to reach the right audience.
Above all, youunderstand the commercial side. You don'tget swept up in an idea because it'sexciting; you can explain what it'sfor, what it should achieve and how you'doptimizeit.

We'dlove to hear that you have:
A good working understanding of the marketing mix and how to apply it,from either a B2B or B2C background
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Working knowledge of social media platforms, search engines and paid digital campaign activity
Copywriting skills, with excellent written English
Strong organizationalskills and the ability to prioritizeand manage several activities at once
Experience building relationships with external partners or agencies
A track recordof taking a project from start to finish

Travel: Some travel is part of the role partnerand distribution meetings, regional meetingsand events.
