Role Overview :
As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between complex immigration data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and product management, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence our service delivery efficiency, client satisfaction, and the optimization of our internal processing platforms, ensuring that our data architecture supports our rapid international growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and development outcomes.
- Design and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau to provide real-time visibility into immigration case pipelines and operational performance.
- Execute complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and transform data from disparate sources, ensuring high data integrity for reporting.
- Manage end-to-end ETL processes to streamline data warehousing, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making for leadership.
- Apply statistical analysis to identify trends in visa processing times and client demographics, driving improvements in service delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the SDLC for data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery of analytical tools and reports.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Python for automation, data cleaning, and statistical modeling.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL pipeline architecture to support scalable reporting solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate the full SDLC and thrive in Agile environments, balancing multiple project priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to diverse global teams and senior management.
- A solid foundation in statistics to support predictive modeling and trend analysis within the immigration sector.
- Capability to work effectively in a distributed, international environment, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability to remote or hybrid workflows.
- Candidates should possess between 3 to 13 years of relevant professional experience in data or business analysis roles.
