We are looking for a self-driven talent for an Assistant Director of Loss & Prevention to work with our Loss & Prevention team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards
- Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed
- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and within guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or related professional area
- Has in-depth knowledge of local and state laws related to loss prevention and safety
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, or a related field. Master's degree is desirable
