岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、协助发布职位招聘信息，维护招聘渠道;
2、基于招聘需求，通过各招聘渠道搜索简历;
3、负责简历筛选，面试安排，跟进面试反馈;
4、参与校园招聘、社会招聘等活动的组织与协调;
5、HR日常事务的协助工作，数据统计与分析，制作相关报表;
6、部门安排的其他工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理学等相关专业优先;
2、每周至少实习3天，持续3个月以上，能全职实习者优先;
3、良好的沟通表达能力，具备一定的协调和组织能力;
4、细心负责，具备较强的执行力、责任心和团队协作意识;
5、熟练使用office办公软件;
6、对人力资源管理有浓厚兴趣，未来希望从事HR相关工作。
