Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and lead warehouse staff: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to build a capable and motivated team.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and the annual physical inventory; maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in Oracle.
- Monitor stock movement, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, tidy, and organized warehouse working environment that meets company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to support and meet delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and arrange preventive maintenance as required.
- Handle incoming customers and internal queries related to warehouse operations and shipments, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, for inventory management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and cycle count / physical inventory processes.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA or local equivalents).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid forklift operator certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).

- Basic reading and writing skills (no English proficiency required).

Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment; requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
- Occasional overtime or shift work may be required to meet delivery deadlines.
