岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 参与红外探测器产品的设计、开发与优化，确保产品在性能、稳定性和可靠性方面达到公司要求。

2. 深入理解红外探测技术原理，结合市场需求，制定产品的技术规格和开发计划。

3. 与硬件、软件工程师团队紧密合作，进行产品集成和系统调试，解决技术难题。

4. 负责产品的测试验证工作，包括但不限于性能测试、环境适应性测试、可靠性测试等。

5. 负责产品文档的编写，包括技术规格书、用户手册、测试报告等。

6. 根据客户需求，参与定制化产品开发，并提供技术支持与咨询。

7. 与生产团队协作，确保产品顺利投入量产，并对生产过程中的技术问题提供支持。

8. 跟踪行业动态，了解红外探测技术的最新发展，提出创新性技术改进建议。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 硕士及以上学历，电子、物理、光学、自动化、光电等相关专业。

2. 至少2年以上红外探测器相关领域的产品开发经验，熟悉红外成像、红外传感器或红外探测技术。

3. 熟悉红外探测器的工作原理、性能指标及测试方法，掌握红外成像系统的设计与调试技巧。

4. 熟练使用相关设计与仿真工具，数据分析软件。

5. 具备较强的分析与解决问题的能力，能独立进行产品设计与开发工作。

6. 良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力，能够在多学科团队中高效协作。

7. 英语读写能力良好，能够阅读和理解技术文献和规范。
