- Timely generation of invoices and credit notes in system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness as per the signed contract with customers.
- Ensure all invoicing procedures comply with company policies and GST E-invoicing conditions.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Collection / Sales and Operations team, to ensure accurate billing information, internal customer satisfaction and minimize escalations.
- Assist in preparing reconciliations for monthly reporting and statutory audit.
- Assist in testing for system developments .
