- Du betreust unsere Kund*innen während des gesamten Fahrzeugzyklus
- Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für alle Anfragen unserer Kund*innen, sowohl schriftlich als auch per Telefon
- Du kalkulierst Angebote und beantwortest Fragen zu den Leasingofferten
- Du pflegst Daten im CRM-System und übernimmst operative Aufgaben, wie die Aufbereitung von Reports
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Partner*innen
- Du unterstützt bei der laufenden Optimierung unserer Prozesse und verlierst hier nie den Fokus der Kund*innenzufriedenheit
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW, …) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Erfahrung im Bereich Leasing und/oder im Fahrzeugbereich ist von Vorteil
- Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen
- Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kund*innen- und serviceorientiert
- Du hast eine selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch-und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.500,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
