You would be part of core Customer Service Department Team of Ayvens India and would be primarily involved in providing customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/ Portal Booking.
Your main responsibilities would comprise of:
- Provide customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/Portal Booking
- Provide Customers with regular updates and service information. •Coordinate updating of Customer database.
- Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation.
- Ensure coordination between all departments regarding Customer touch points(interface).
- Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages.
- Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution. Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in Customer Service • Excellent communication skills (Read/Write/Speak) English.
- Excellent communication skills (Speak/Read) Hindi.
- Any one from Call Center & Automotive Industry background would be an added advantage.
- Any other languages known will be an added advantage.
