At Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced Delivery Manager Integration Services.

What are you going to do?

As our new Delivery Manager Integration Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services within the Integration Services domain. You will drive project execution, optimize resource allocation, oversee team capacity and performance, and ensure stakeholders remain informed on progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. Operating in an international environment, you will coordinate across multiple domains and partners to deliver business value while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.

One of your first missions will be to ensure the smooth delivery of the Global Integration Layer, including the implementation of API Management, Integration Framework, Business Events, and Managed File Transfer capabilities, as well as the migration and decommissioning of legacy platforms. You will also support other key Integration Services initiatives, including integrations for the Global Mobility Platform and the deployment of observability capabilities across interoperability components.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Integration Services projects and maintenance activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitoring team capacity and performance, ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balancing across initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with offshore Managed Service partners to align priorities, optimize execution, and drive successful outcomes.
• Managing stakeholder communication and engagement, ensuring transparency on project objectives, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Identifying delivery risks and implementing proactive mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Driving continuous improvement of project delivery processes, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Maintaining project reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to manage dependencies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has the leadership, communication, and organizational skills necessary to drive complex technology initiatives across multiple teams, partners, and geographical locations. You are a results-oriented delivery professional with a strong focus on stakeholder management, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You thrive in multicultural environments and have experience leading engineering-focused delivery organizations.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and leading software engineering or technology delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong project management expertise, including strategic planning, resource management, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Experience working with Managed Service providers and offshore teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and iterative software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, distributed systems, and systems integration concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting to demonstrate business value and operational performance.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as French
