  • Managing relationships with key outsourced suppliers, helping to ensure they meet performance, compliance and service expectations.
  • Embedding consistent supplier management practices across the organisation.
  • Supporting and coaching business owners on supplier governance, performance monitoring and contract management.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify, monitor and manage supplier-related risks.
  • Coordinating actions to address any control weaknesses or areas of concern.
  • Representing Procurement on business change, integration and group-wide projects.
  • Supporting the continued development of procurement processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Contributing to sustainability and ESG initiatives within our supply chain.
  • Looking for opportunities to improve supplier performance, efficiency and value across the business.

You'll be an experienced procurement or supplier management professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving positive change.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Procurement, Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management.
  • A background in managing strategic suppliers, outsourced services or complex third-party relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant supplier spend.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decision-making.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
