What are you going to do?
As our User Researcher,you willbe responsible fordriving user-centereddecision making across our digital products by planning, executing, and communicating high-quality research that informs design and product strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle
- Translating research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product directionand vision
- Selecting appropriate research methods (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) based on research questions
- Creating and maintaining research documentation, repositories, and insight tracking
- Advocating for user needs and embedding a user-centered mindset across the organization
- Supporting and mentoring designers and product teams in conducting lightweight research
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has the experience and interpersonal skills necessary togather user insights,translatetheseinto meaningful product improvements and effectively collaborate across teams and geographies. Aside from being a skilled researcher, you are curious, proactive, and passionate about understanding userbehavior.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, holding a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in user research within amulti-domaindigital product environment
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to effectively plan and execute studies
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and influence stakeholdersup to C-level
- Experience working in cross-functionalproduct teams
- Familiarity with research tools and platforms (e.g.UserTesting,Hotjar,Matomo, Google Analytics)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment
- Fluent in English is required.
