About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager, EMEA Distribution Replenishment will lead the regional Distribution Replenishment Management team with accountability for ensuring effective product flow and inventory positioning across the EMEA distribution network. This role is responsible for translating supply and demand priorities into executable replenishment plans that support customer service, inventory optimization, and business objectives.
The Supply Chain Manager will provide leadership and direction to the replenishment team, ensuring disciplined execution, proactive identification of supply risks, and timely resolution of inventory and distribution constraints. The role will partner closely with Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics/Distribution, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment between regional requirements and global supply priorities.
Key areas of focus include improving replenishment performance, inventory health, product availability, planning discipline, and operational visibility across the EMEA network. The manager will leverage data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities, establish appropriate mitigation actions, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and capabilities.
As a people leader, this position will also be responsible for building a high-performing team through coaching, capability development, clear accountability, and an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
- Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers.
- Plans and analyzes activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.
- Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
- A Bachelor degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
