Why This Role Matters

Azira is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its Technical Services & Solutions Engineering team. This is a critical, high-impact, hands-on role that bridges pre-sales opportunity acquisition with robust post-sales technical execution. You will be the primary technical escalation point for client-facing questions, issues, and complex implementation needs - sitting between Product, Engineering, Data, and Client teams to ensure technical clarity, fast issue resolution, and a consistent client experience.

The role operates across two core pillars: driving deal closure through pre-sales solutions consulting, and ensuring post-sales operational excellence through direct ticket ownership, strict SLA management, and deep technical troubleshooting. As the India-based technical services anchor, you will partner closely with a US counterpart to provide near-continuous global coverage and unified technical decision-making, and help define and mature a scalable Technical Services operating model.

What You'll Do

Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting

• Partner with Sales and Account Management to lead technical discovery sessions, mapping complex business requirements into viable technical architectures across data platforms, APIs, and the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations to executive stakeholders, including CMOs, VPs, and Technical Directors.
• Perform precise technical deal cost-modeling to ensure proposed client architectures are optimized for financial viability, profitability, and delivery feasibility.
• Own technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, platform security evaluations, and technical questionnaires.
• Address technical objections, remove integration blockers, and validate custom feature feasibility during deal negotiations.

Client-Facing Technical Ownership

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client questions, incoming support tickets, platform issues, and escalations.
• Take complete ownership of technical issues from intake through resolution and closure.

Troubleshooting & SLA Management

• Conduct deep-dive initial investigations and rigorous root-cause analysis before escalating issues.
• Leverage internal logs, API triggers, and data pipelines to independently isolate faults.
• Strictly manage and enforce response and resolution SLAs.
• Triage and route issues appropriately to Engineering, Data Science, Ad Ops, Analytics, or Platform teams.
• Partner with the US Technical Services Lead on complex or high-risk escalations.
• Provide clear and professional client updates outlining issue diagnoses, immediate mitigations, and long-term action plans.

Delivery Support & Enablement

• Support technical onboarding and implementation for new or complex clients.
• Provide guidance on data integrations, measurement, APIs, and platform usage.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the bridge between client teams and internal technical functions.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Data, and SRE teams.
• Track follow-through and progress on all open technical items.

Operational Rigor

• Document recurring technical defects and issues.
• Maintain internal playbooks, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Identify operational patterns and surface insights to Engineering and Product teams.
• Help inform the product roadmap and prevent recurring issues.

Process & Scale

• Help define and mature the Technical Services operating model, including intake, prioritization, and escalation processes.
• Improve response times, first-touch resolution, and operational predictability.
• Participate in US-India handoffs, syncs, and shared reporting.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Senior Technical Support Engineering within a SaaS, Data, or AdTech environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation, parsing, API request automation, scripting, and root-cause data verification.

• Expertise in building, querying, and customizing Tableau dashboards.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and diagnose data visualization discrepancies.

• In-depth knowledge of advertising technologies.
• Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), audience targeting infrastructure, and analytics frameworks.

• Strong practical experience with REST APIs, database queries, and cloud-based data architecture.

• Exceptional structured and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to solve complex, multi-layered data and software integration challenges.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex data issues and technical architectures to non-technical client stakeholders, business leaders, and senior executives.

• Proven track record of maintaining executive-ready communication standards.
• Ability to create precise written action plans and maintain meticulous ticket management under pressure.
• Experience maintaining 98%+ SLA adherence and high client satisfaction (CSAT).
