Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Python AI Architect with 8+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and cloud-native architectures on AWS. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML applications using Python.
- Develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, AWS Bedrock, Claude, or Gemini.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop RESTful APIs and AI microservices using FastAPI.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and third-party APIs.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Optimize AI model performance, latency, and inference costs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to define AI strategies.
- Establish best practices for software architecture, code quality, security, testing, and CI/CD.
- Mentor technical teams and conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in Python application development.
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience building Agentic AI and RAG-based applications.
- Experience with embedding models and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
- Strong understanding of AI model orchestration, tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Step Functions.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices.
- Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools.
- AWS Solution Architect or AI/ML certifications are an added advantage.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
