This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP environments. You will play a critical part in building secure, scalable interfaces using modern middleware technologies to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure complex integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
  • Build and manage integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP PI/PO.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces utilizing IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST, OData, and JDBC protocols.
  • Perform message mapping, routing, and exception handling to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor interface performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional, ABAP, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support the full integration lifecycle, including unit testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production hypercare.
  • Participate in migration and modernization initiatives from legacy middleware to SAP Integration Suite.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration development.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Expertise in integration protocols including IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST, and OData.
  • Experience with Groovy scripting, API Management, and Event Mesh.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-based integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and third-party tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
