SAP MDG Technical Lead

This role focuses on the technical development and deployment of SAP MDG solutions to support complex product lifecycle management transformations. You will act as a technical lead, providing expertise to deployment teams, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, and guiding business requirements. The position involves designing and configuring solutions to ensure seamless data integration and high-quality master data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of SAP MDG solutions to support large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical liaison to support the delivery of MDG enhancements and orchestration tools.
• Design and configure SAP MDG solutions to enable seamless data integration across end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure high data quality across the enterprise landscape.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to third-party teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Own the MDG solution architecture, combining industry best practices with innovative approaches to enhance performance.
• Identify and mitigate data and integration risks to ensure system stability and compliance.
• Lead proof-of-concepts to validate integration approaches and drive continuous improvement of the MDG solution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Management initiatives within complex, multi-national corporate environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in SAP MDG, SAP Finance, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management, Data Architecture, and Vendor Data Management.
• Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and Applications Portfolio Management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and guiding third-party technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BI and Data Analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with high adaptability.
