Salesforce CRM Data Analyst

This role focuses on managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM data to drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for developing KPI dashboards, managing lead data, and ensuring high-quality reporting to support cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires a blend of technical proficiency in data tools and a strong understanding of customer analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards to track sales and marketing performance.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM data, including lead management and data integrity.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data reporting with business objectives.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI and Excel automation to streamline reporting processes.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on customer analytics and market research.
• Ensure accurate data migration and management using Data Loader and other technical tools.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce CRM administration and data management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel automation.
• Expertise in customer analytics, lead management, and market analytics.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using Data Loader for complex data operations.
• Excellent communication skills with C2 level English proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on reporting and performance metrics.
