VAT Compliance: Assist with UAE VAT calculations, maintaining tax records, preparing VAT reconciliation schedules, and supporting VAT return preparation in line with applicable FTA requirements.
Expense Management: Verify employee expense claims against company policies and ensure appropriate approvals and documentation.
Audit Support: Organize financial records and provide supporting documents required for internal and external audits.
Document Control: Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, contracts, and other accounting documents.
System Updates: Enter and update financial data in accounting software or ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Compliance: Follow internal financial controls, company procedures, and applicable accounting standards.
