Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Doc Controller AMOA - Industrie / Bâtiment. Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la centralisation de tous les documents relatifs au projet, de la mise en place d'un système de gestion documentaire performant à la vérification de la qualité des documents avant diffusion. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes projet et organiserez les flux documentaires entre les différentes parties prenantes. Vous devez avoir un Bac+2 minimum en gestion documentaire ou domaine connexe, une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, et une excellente maîtrise des outils de GED.

Missions

Gérer et centraliser tous les documents relatifs au projet, mettre en place et maintenir un système de gestion documentaire performant, assurer la conformité des documents avec les exigences réglementaires et contractuelles.

Profil recherché

Vous avez un Bac+2 minimum en gestion documentaire ou domaine connexe.

Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement technique ou industriel (construction, data centers, etc.).
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des outils de GED tels que M-Files & Mezzoteam.

•Vous avez une bonne connaissance des processus documentaires liés à des projets industriels complexes.
