  • Develop and communicate B.TECH’s digital marketing roadmap aligned with brand strategy.

  • Manage implementation of integrated digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social, display, e-commerce).

  • Lead analytics and performance measurement to track, analyze, and optimize traffic, conversion, and sales.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new digital applications, products, and services.

  • Manage digital marketing budget, campaigns, and ROI tracking.

  • Drive talent development and build a strong digital team culture.
     

Requirements

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred, postgraduate studies a plus).

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and website analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).

  • Proven ability to deliver traffic growth, sales targets, and ROI.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
