We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement customized modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that drive our business processes and scale our technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Architecture & Design: Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform solutions to meet complex business requirements.
* Custom Development: Write clean, scalable code using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and the Power Platform (Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Power Automate, and PCF controls).
* Integration: Integrate D365 with third-party applications, legacy systems, and external APIs using Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
* Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, establish technical guidelines, and ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices and performance standards.
* Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers on technical design, troubleshooting, and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the Power Platform.
- Technical Stack:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Solid knowledge in X++, for D365 F&O customization: Plugins, Workflows, customized models, event hundlers and COC (chain of commands).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines).
- Database & Reporting: Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI integration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in agile development environments.
