Customer Support Agent with Spanish and Portuguese (Barcelona based, onsite)

As a Customer Support Agent for the Spanish and Portuguese market, you will be the voice of our company.
What you’ll be doing in this position:
- Supporting our Spanish and Portuguese-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
- You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
You’ll be great for this position if you have:
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
