Content Creator

We’re hiring a Content Creator (Shoot + Edit) at BabyOrgano!

Ahmedabad | Full-time | On-site

BabyOrgano is a D2C Ayurvedic baby and kids wellness brand, trusted by 2 million+ parents. We’re looking for someone who can shoot and edit content that feels warm, real and trustworthy.

What you will do:

• Shoot with both a professional camera and a smartphone
• Long-form and short-form shoots, from YouTube videos to Reels and Shorts
• Product shoots (photo and video) for our full range, website and marketplaces
• Meta ad creatives with strong hooks and multiple variations
• Social media content: Reels, YouTube videos, Stories, carousels and statics
• Event coverage: brand events, doctor and parent meets, launches and pop-ups
• Edit videos, add captions, motion graphics and colour-correct for a clean, natural look
• Shoot real mothers, babies and kids with comfort and safety first

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in shooting and editing
• Good understanding of shoot lighting, framing and audio
• Proven experience in both long-form and short-form shoots
• Solid editing skills with Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or Final Cut Pro
• Hands-on with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphone videography
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or After Effects
• Understanding of Meta ad formats and social media trends
• Comfortable in English, Hindi and Hinglish
• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory

Good to have:

• Experience using a gimbal and shooting simple, everyday content
• Knowledge of AI tools for visuals and editing
