Qualifications
Strong hands-on expertise in Figma and UI/UX design, with the ability to create high-quality interfaces, components, design systems, prototypes, and complete user flows for both web and mobile applications.
Strong creative and visual design sense, including layout, typography, spacing, color usage, graphics, imagery, and the ability to create designs that look distinctive rather than generic or template-driven.
Solid web designing experience, with good knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS, and the ability to convert designs into polished web interfaces.
Experience designing websites, web applications, dashboards, mobile applications, landing pages, and marketing graphics, with an understanding of both user experience and visual presentation.
Practical experience using AI-powered design and creative tools for graphic generation, ideation, image creation, design enhancement, prototyping, or improving creative workflows.
Experience with ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a strong advantage, especially for candidates who can take their own designs further into frontend implementation.
Strong English communication, presentation, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with project, development, marketing, and leadership teams.
Important: This is not primarily a ReactJS or Next.js Developer position. Candidates whose experience is mainly frontend development with only basic Figma or design exposure should not apply. We are specifically looking for a creative UI/UX and web designer first, with frontend development experience as an additional advantage.
