About The Role
Our agile team delivers a dynamic platform that supports high quality, enterprise scale applications.
- You will be working in a rapidly growing and engaging programme. Sharing your knowledge and expertise with other engineers, to deliver advanced technological solutions.
- You will act as the intermediary between architects and developers, turning high-level designs into quality engineering activities to build and deliver elegant solutions to our clients. This will allow you a degree of autonomy and responsibility, as you will be empowered to make the most appropriate technological decisions to meet the requirements of the programme.
- You will be developing and participating in design phase of microservice architecture solution.
- Troubleshoot complex issues.
- Identify process improvements and recommend/perform changes.
Skills and Experience
Essential skills:
- Java (preferably 21)
- Spring and Springboot
- API Development, REST
- PostgreSQL and Relational Databases
- DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines
Desirable skills:
- AWS (SQS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)
- Queue/Messaging (Kafka, SQS, SNS)
- Iceberg or other datalake solution
- Unit Testing
- Jenkins
- JavaScrip or Python is nice to have
